These notices explain the rules for using POKÉDROP, what information we collect, why we use it, and when information may be shared with service providers or third-party websites.
Terms of Service
Effective date: September 12, 2026
1. About POKÉDROP
POKÉDROP is a Pokémon TCG release, restock, retailer-availability, and drop-intelligence service. We aggregate and analyze publicly available or otherwise permitted information and provide alerts, product information, predictions, retailer links, and related tools. POKÉDROP does not sell Pokémon products and does not complete purchases on your behalf.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Third-Party Information & Data Sharing Notice. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
3. Eligibility
POKÉDROP is not directed to children under 13. You may not use the service if you are under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use of the service should be with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
4. Intelligence is informational
Drop Scores, predictions, availability classifications, restock estimates, confidence labels, and similar intelligence are estimates based on available signals. They are not guarantees that a product will be available, remain available, be sold at a particular price, or be offered by a retailer at a particular time.
5. Retailer links and purchases
When POKÉDROP provides a retailer link, you are leaving POKÉDROP and interacting directly with the retailer. Retailer inventory, prices, release dates, shipping, taxes, purchase limits, account requirements, queues, and policies are controlled by that retailer. POKÉDROP is not responsible for a retailer's actions or site availability.
6. No purchasing bots
POKÉDROP is an information and alert platform. You may not use the service to bypass CAPTCHAs, queues, anti-bot controls, purchase limits, access restrictions, or other retailer safeguards.
7. Memberships and billing
Paid memberships may be offered through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation options, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. POKÉDROP does not store full payment-card numbers.
8. Acceptable use
You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape protected areas of, or attempt unauthorized access to POKÉDROP. You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, or to interfere with another user's access.
9. Intellectual property
The POKÉDROP name, branding, interface, software, original text, and original intelligence presentation are owned by or licensed to POKÉDROP. Pokémon names, characters, trademarks, product names, and retailer trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. POKÉDROP is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, or any retailer unless expressly stated.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, sources, alerts, memberships, or portions of the service. We may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete source coverage, perfect accuracy, or successful purchases. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POKÉDROP disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
12. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, abuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity. You may stop using the service at any time.
14. Contact
For legal or account questions, use the support contact published on POKÉDROP. Before launch, the operator should publish and monitor a dedicated legal/support mailbox for formal requests.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 12, 2026
1. Information we collect
Account information: email address, optional name, password hash, membership/plan status, subscription identifiers, and account timestamps.
Service activity: watchlists, alert settings, notification events, product interactions, and account-related actions needed to provide the service.
Technical information: information that may be generated through normal operation and security controls, such as IP address, browser/request information, session identifiers, and security logs.
Payment and billing: when you purchase a paid membership, payment processing is handled by Stripe. POKÉDROP receives information needed to associate a subscription with your account, but does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, provide watchlists and alerts, operate memberships, process subscriptions, monitor abuse and security events, provide customer support, improve the service, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate POKÉDROP, such as payment processing, hosting/infrastructure, email delivery, security, and other technical providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Retailer websites
When you click a retailer link, the retailer's website may collect information directly from you. Your interaction with that retailer is governed by the retailer's own terms and privacy policy. POKÉDROP does not control those third-party practices.
5. Cookies and sessions
POKÉDROP uses essential cookies/session technologies for authentication, security, CSRF protection, and maintaining your logged-in state. We may introduce additional analytics or preference technologies in the future; if we do, the privacy notice will be updated as appropriate.
6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Account profile, watchlist, alert, notification, and session data are generally retained while your account is active and are deleted when you delete your account, subject to the exceptions below. Deleted operational data may remain in rotating backups for up to 14 days under the included backup policy before those backup copies expire. Security/audit records are targeted for up to 90 days unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active security, fraud, dispute, or legal matter. Accounting and tax records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and the business’s records-retention policy. Stripe may retain payment and transaction records under its own legal and privacy obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising or sale where applicable. Florida law includes specific consumer privacy rights and notice requirements for covered controllers.
9. Children
POKÉDROP is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact POKÉDROP so the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
12. Automated intelligence
POKÉDROP uses automated rules, scoring, change detection, and prediction features to organize public or permitted product and retail information. These systems may generate Drop Scores, opportunity scores, availability classifications, and estimated restock windows. These outputs are informational estimates, not guarantees or decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other high-impact services. We do not use account data to train a general-purpose AI model unless the Privacy Policy is updated to describe that practice and applicable consent requirements are satisfied.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
11. Privacy requests
Signed-in members can submit access, correction, deletion, or portability requests from the Account page. Requests may also be sent to the published support/legal contact. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. A deletion request does not necessarily require deletion of information that we are legally permitted or required to retain, including certain accounting, payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records.
Third-Party Information & Data Sharing Notice
Effective date: September 12, 2026
This notice explains the main categories of third parties that may receive information from or through POKÉDROP, and the third-party information POKÉDROP may display or link to.
Information we display from third parties
POKÉDROP may display product names, release dates, prices, availability states, retailer names, links, source references, and other factual or inferred information obtained from public or permitted sources. A displayed price or availability state may become stale. Users should confirm final price, inventory, shipping, and purchase terms on the original retailer website.
We do not control third-party privacy practices
Third-party sites and services have their own privacy policies, security practices, terms, cookies, and data-retention rules. Clicking a third-party link means that third party may process information independently of POKÉDROP.
Sale of personal information
POKÉDROP does not sell personal information. We also do not provide personal information to retailers merely because you viewed a retailer listing. If you choose to click through to a retailer, the retailer's own site may collect information directly from you.
Affiliate relationships
If POKÉDROP later participates in legitimate affiliate or referral programs, applicable links or pages may be labeled accordingly. Affiliate compensation would not change the factual status labels or intelligence methodology.
